1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our tutoring and educational support services. If you're not satisfied with the service you receive, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your concerns.
2. Refund Eligibility
Full Refund (100%)
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- Services were not delivered as promised
- You did not receive any tutoring or support after payment
- Technical issues on our end prevented service delivery
- Request is made within 24 hours of payment and no services have been rendered
Partial Refund (50-75%)
You may be eligible for a partial refund if:
- Services were partially delivered but did not meet agreed standards
- You're unsatisfied with the quality of tutoring received
- Request is made within 7 days of service delivery
No Refund
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Services have been fully delivered as agreed
- More than 14 days have passed since service delivery
- You failed to attend scheduled tutoring sessions without notice
- You violated our Terms & Conditions
- You received the agreed-upon materials and guidance
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us at support@academicboost.com within the eligible timeframe
- Provide your order/transaction details
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
4. Cancellation Policy
Before Service Delivery
You may cancel your order before services begin for a full refund minus any processing fees (typically 3-5%).
Scheduled Sessions
For scheduled tutoring sessions:
- Cancel 24+ hours in advance: Full credit for rescheduling
- Cancel 12-24 hours in advance: 50% credit
- Cancel less than 12 hours or no-show: No refund
5. Subscription Services
If you subscribe to ongoing tutoring services:
- You may cancel at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months
- Unused sessions may be used until subscription ends
6. Payment Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider before contacting us, we may not be able to provide a refund through our normal process. Please contact us first to resolve any issues.
7. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
8. Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you have special circumstances (medical emergency, family crisis, etc.), please contact us to discuss your situation. We'll work with you to find a fair solution.

10. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Digital materials already downloaded
- Completed editing or proofreading services
- Custom study guides or materials created for you
- Services used in violation of academic integrity policies
